Ty has been busy helping us getting ready for Griff's arrival tomorrow. Over the weekend we did a few last minute things to Griff's nursery and Ty was our little helper. He loved getting into the baby wipes and he proceeded to blow his nose (his new favorite thing to do) with about 30 wipes. Junior and Dada were supposed to be in charge. He also helped Mac pack a few things away in a storage container.
On Sunday evening we went to Pop and Grandmomma's to have dinner and meet Mac' great uncle and aunt Kenny and Princess. They came to visit all the way from Chicago. Uncle Joe, Uncle Clay and Aunt Paige were there too. We are looking forward to seeing them again tomorrow.
Most of you who read this live in the south, so you know for the last week it has been over 100 degrees in Columbia. Ty and I are beating the heat by staying in his pool and eating lots of watermelon. Sure hope it isn't going to be this hot all summer. Usually we can make it until at least July before it hits 100 in Columbia. This is way too soon.
Poop and Mamee got here today and bought Ty a new toy! He loves having them here. Neither Poop nor Mamee can leave the room with out Ty at their side. They can hardly even go to the bathroom.
It is hard to believe that this time tomorrow our family will go from 3 to 4. We can't wait to meet Griff and for Ty to be a big brother. We will keep you posted on Griff''s arrival. We will also let you know who won the pool for how big he is going to be.......
